Nama from Melbourne One Night Pop-up at Low Tide

Popping up from Melbourne, Nama will be bringing its unique dining experience to Singapore, showcasing the fresh and local produce served family style. Chefs Geoff Marett, Drew Thornton and Harry Thornton will be taking over the Low Tide kitchen, with Molly Murnane running the front of house for the evening. The menu for the evening will feature a mix of small sharing-friendly plates such as Ebi Toast with Namamite, sesame, chives and Yarra Valley caviar and Crispy Whitebait with crispy potato, yuzu kosho mayo and lemon, and a selection of yakitori such as Chicken Heart with yuzu kosho verde, chives and lemon, and Moreton Bay Bug with dashi bernaise, chives and lemon. Bevvos by Sake (and Highball) Samurai Elliot Faber. Expect Sunday’s Whisky and Fernet Hunter Classics with some extra surprises, plus the Singapore debut of the Awa Awa Ume Ume Canned Umeshu Highball!
