Experience the refined art of Villeggiatura—the Italian joy of endless summers—through MANDALA CLUB x BELMOND: A Taste of Italy, an exclusive culinary residency celebrating the heritage of Italy’s most iconic regions. From 14 January to 15 February 2025, this collaboration between Belmond and Mandala Club brings four esteemed chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy to Singapore for a one-of-a-kind dining journey.

Each week features a distinct chef and menu, showcasing regional specialties from Venice, Tuscany, Sicily, and the Amalfi Coast:

• Chef Vania Ghedini (14–18 Jan): From Oro Restaurant, Hotel Cipriani, Venice.
• Chef Roberto Toro (21–25 Jan): From Otto Geleng, Grand Hotel Timeo, Taormina.
• Chef Daniele Sera (4–8 Feb): From Tosca, Castello di Casole, Tuscany.
• Chef Armando Aristarco (11–15 Feb): From Ristorante Belvedere, Caruso, Amalfi Coast.
