KU DÉ TA SkyBar presents Aficionado, a weekly night for connoisseurs of lifestyle starting from Thursday 9 January 2014. Every Thursday night from 6pm, kick back with flair and enjoy eight premium and rare whiskies from Diageo Classic Malts and Johnnie Walker, exclusive to Aficionado nights.

Watch the SkyBar transform into a debonair space to imbibe only the top quality whisky under the stars, chill out beside soaring views. Exclusive to Aficionado, the premium whisky menu will feature blended malts from Johnnie Walker Odyssey and Platinum. The John Walker & Sons Odyssey is John Walker & Sons’ first triple malt inspired by the spirit of the epic voyages of Sir Alexander Walker. Only available through private purchase, KU DÉ TA is the only outlet in Singapore to carry the super- premium John Walker & Sons Odyssey. Another rarity in the range is the Johnnie Walker Platinum, a ‘private blend’ that is touted to be the richest, most perfectly crafted 18 year old blend John Walker & Sons has ever made. Serious whisky lovers will also delight in the list of single malts on the menu from Classic Malts, a selection consisting of Lagavulin (16 years), Dalwhinnie (15 years), Oban (14 years), Cragganmore (12 years), Caol Ila (12 years) and Talisker (10 years).

The versatile DJ Deepak will be setting the ambience to the dashing after-work destination with nu-disco, funk re-edits and disco house musical vibes. A range of premium Latin American products are also available for the pairing with the whisky, from Cuba, Nicaragua and Honduras.
