Immerse yourself in the lush greenery of Singapore’s Labrador Park Nature Reserve under the star-lit sky to enjoy the exclusive gastronomical offerings prepared by regional culinary stars.

This indulgent smorgasbord of Asian cuisine will feature culinary twists that will guarantee your tastebuds an out of this world experience! Tamarind Hill and World Gourmet Summit 2015 are flying in exclusive master-chefs from throughout the region for this unforgettable evening, promising not only delightful food, but also a refreshing experience far removed from the bustle of urban Singapore.

This event’s features culinary stars include Chef Maurice Toh, the executive chef of Cheong Fatt Tze Resturant in The Blue Hotel in Penang; Chef Sombat Kokasemkul, executive chef of Neo Tamarind in Kuala Lumpur; Chef Somkhuan Wandee, executive chef of Tamarind Springs in Kuala Lumpur; and group sommelier Rajeshwaran Gopal of Samadhi. Certainly a night not to be missed!

An Evening with the Stars will take place on Friday, 17 April at 8pm, costing $122++ per person, with an additional wine-pairing at $59++ per person.
