CARB ON CARB

Carb on Carb are a girl and a boy from Auckland, New Zealand. Having toured NZ, Australia and China, and supported Mac DeMarco in Singapore, they are finally set to release their first full-length album this February.

To celebrate, and because it will be fun, the band will tour the album in March through Australia before heading to Singapore and Malaysia.

Oddbeat is an effort from previous members of The Pinholes, The Rejeks, Lovejets & current members of Spacedays & Crackerjack.

With a combined wealth of experience playing major shows like Baybeats, 100 Bands Fest, SXSW, Modswing, Tapestry, Subscene TV & playing overseas in JB, KL, Texas & variety of small time intimate shows, almost covering & exhausting every & any platform that promises a good local gig, rest assured you’re in for something special. SPACEDAYS

Spacedays are a rock band from Singapore. Founded in 2009, their compositions bear close associations to the late 1960s psychedelic music subcultures. Audiences have also drawn close parallels to American garage rock bands.

Although their sonic affinities lie with music subcultures abroad, lyrically, Rahmat “Mamat” Suliman (vocals/keyboards/guitar) writes about daily experiences and relationships in the urban confines of Singapore. “Some days we just need some space to observe and to reflect,’ he muses.
