For this season of love, Chefs Edward Esmero and Maria Sevillano have pulled out all stops to celebrate Valentine’s Day the Spanish Way. Guests can choose to celebrate with a special dinner composed by the chef duo, or indulge in a casual Spanish brunch over the Valentine’s Day weekend.
The Valentine’s Day 3-course dinner menu ($148++ for 2pax) is mainly made up of favourites from My Little Spanish Place. The dinner starts with a selection of the Chefs’ Special tapas, which includes the Spanish cold charcuterie with premium Jamon and imported Spanish cheeses. For one night only, the Solomillo (pan-seared Iberico tenderloin slices served with apple sauce) will take centrestage, before the Tarta de Chocolate ends the dinner on a high note.
For just 15th and 16th February, My Little Spanish Place will also be presenting a special weekend brunch menu for lovebirds. Priced at $78++ for 2 pax, enjoy a home-style brunch set that includes complimentary glasses of Cava Mimosa and brunch dishes such as Bocata (Spanish Style Pulled Pork Sandwich with Tomatoes & Caramelized Onions), Revueltos con Gambas Y Chorizo (Scrambled Eggs with Prawn & Chorizo, served with rustic bread) and Pan con Tomate con Manchego (Catalan Tomato Bread with Manchego Cheese).
