Best of Old World & New World Wines Pairing Dinner

Next in GFM’s series of wine dinners would be a 5-course pairing dinner in our newly renovated restaurant along Quayside Isle, Sentosa. The experience features the best of old world and new world wines at 7 pm Thursday, 15 December 2022 for $168 /pax.

Pamper your tastebuds with maguro on nori tempura, snow crab in clam broth, monkfish liver, grilled porchetta, aged USDA ribeye, and poached plum – all alongside Tintoretto Prosecco Rose, Isabel Sauvignon Blanc, Wente River Ranch Chardonnay, Chateau Mayne Vieil “Merlot”, Villa Fura Amarone Della Valpolicella and Mama Peach Moscato.
