This National Day, The Pelican pays tribute to the Lion City with a curated 4-course menu with Southeast Asian flavours. Start with a Cured Barramundi Carpaccio, available only for this menu. Another exclusive creation is the Laksa Fisherman Pie, The Pelican’s signature snapper pie with a local twist. Made with fresh seafood ingredients and filled with umami laksa broth, it is a savoury and comforting delight. A coconut Pandan Panna Cotta and a Fresh Coconut Pina Colada adds a tropical touch to a satisfying meal.
