An offshoot of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo with the same name, Ginza Sushi Ichi is one of Bangkok’s premium Japanese restaurants. Their specialty? Flying over fresh fish from Japan’s famed Tsujiki Market in a timeframe of less than 24 hours before service at the restaurant.
