16 MAR 2016 | Head down to Mariko’s for a one-of-a-kind mixology masterclass, The Basic Techniques of Cocktail-Making by the world-famous mixologist and ‘liquid chef’ Laurent Greco of Bar Academy Paris, as he mixes an explosive array of exciting and original flavours with a special touch of Perrier. This workshop is great for beginners as you’ll be learning about new, innovative cocktails that are fun and easy to make for any occasion.
The brand ambassador for Perrier and is recognised worldwide as a mixology specialist, and Laurent is the founder of Bar Academy, a Parisian school for bartenders; the French Federation of Flair Bartending where he is president; mixology project Liquid Chef; Mojito Lab Paris; and Cocktailzone, a magazine dedicated to the industry.
Laurent Greco: The Basic Techniques of Cocktail-Making is happening on Wednesday, 16 March 2016 at Mariko’s from 6pm to 7.30pm & 8pm to 9.30pm. The workshop is priced at $41 per person.
