Indulge at Monti’s full course New Year’s Eve dinner
Revel in the rich flavours of Italy on the other side of Marina Bay with Monti‘s exclusive New Year’s Eve five- and six-course dinner menu.
The earlier seating features an exquisite five-course menu with dishes like Jade Tiger Abalone with cream of morel and olive oil caviar, and Sous Vide Mayura Oyster Blade with cinnamon pumpkin puree and black truffle jus.
