Pizza X Awakens the Dragon

Over a century ago, Singapore had a thriving ceramics industry with over 20 fiery dragon kilns producing the finest ceramics in the world. Today, we are left with only two. “Awaken the Dragon” is a community-driven art project surrounding the last 2 remaining dragon kilns in Singapore. The ‘Dragon’ kilns are now awakened once a year to remind us of our heritage as people of the land.

Pizza X is stoked to be part of preserving this dragon legend.. they’ll be rolling our pizza doughs and firing up Chef Shen Tan’s famously crispy & juicy roast pork belly & clay baked peri peri chicken in the Dragon’s belly, alongside cool indie beats rolled out by White Trip Movement, Observatory, Stopgap, Lost Weekend & Obedient Wives Club.
