After appearances on The Kings and Queens of Asia and the Melbourne Comedy Festival Roadshow, Malaysian born, Singapore raised comedian Ronny Chieng is hitting Singapore for the first time with his brand new award winning 1 hour stand up comedy special “Chieng Reaction” which won the prestigious Directors’ Choice Award at the 2014 Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Best Local Show at the Sydney Comedy Festival 2014.

In his 4 years of comedy he has already been invited to the prestigious Montreal Just For Laughs Festival (twice) to perform on the Eddie Izzard Gala after winning the Best Newcomer Award at the 2012 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, played the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Sydney Opera House and London’s SOHO Theatre and had back to back record breaking sold out seasons at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and the Sydney Comedy Festival and starred in multiple Australian television comedy shows. Ronny is the clear leader of a new generation of comics in Australia.
