Sarong is open only in the evenings and almost always full. With good reason, of course, having been named as one of the top five best Asian restaurants in 2011 by the Singapore World Gourmet Summit and tipped to be the hottest new global restaurant in 2009 by Conde Naste Traveller magazine. In terms of ambience, Sarong offers guests two dining pavilions, an outdoor lounge, an informal dining area and a classy-act bar,  where you can treat yourself to (a few) superb cocktails and world-class wines. Advance bookings are highly recommended to wrap up your dinner plans at Sarong. However, walk-in guests are also accommodated.
