Operated by nightlife king David Jacobson, Smalls is a funky Jazz bar that is three levels high and three times the fun. While you to listen to awesome Jazz music and star-gaze on their rooftop lounge, sip on some of their well-crafted cocktails. Their specialty spirit? Absinthe!
