YOUR ROCK MASTER

Yvonne fell in love with yoga when she accompanied her best friend to their very 1st yoga class in 2010. It started purely as a physical exercise to develop strength and flexibility. However, when Yvonne discovered Ashtanga, the regular practice helped her discover an inner peace.

In Ashtanga, focusing on the breath and drishti (gaze) helps to quiet the mind, builds self-awareness and calmness. After each practice, she feels energized and refreshed, in body, mind and spirit. On good days, it feels like meditation in motion. Yvonne completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training with Don Peers and recently also completed 100-hour Yoga anatomy & Yin Yoga with Paul and Suzee Grilley. To her, a solid foundation and a balanced practice is key to a good practice. Enjoy the difference and enjoy the practice. Expect to smile and laugh in your practice with Yvonne.
