Featuring a selection of pastries from talented home bakers such as Farahh Affandi, Tweedlebakes and Nanatang, just to name a few, public are invited to savour an array of heavenly homemade treats that promises an incredibly decadent experience!

With every purchase from each baker, customers are entitled to a lucky dip and win 2D1N stays across Hotel Clover properties, worth up to SGD2000!

Who?

Farahh Affandi is a self-taught home baker who has her Instagram followers frequently gushing over her intricately decorated cakes and lush creations. Her bakes are so popular that she regularly supplies them to local cafes like Rouse!

Xiangyun, owner of Tweedlebakes, creates individualised bakes based on customer’s request and resulting in ‘the unexpected’. Her bespoke creations are tailored to customers’ preferences and are masterpieces formed from her own inspiration and tweaking of recipes.

Serena Tang of Nanatang is an ambitious home baker whose happiness derives from her customers’ satisfaction. She sees her humble kitchen and social media as her tools for starting small and paving her way to her dream of opening her own café in the future.

What?

The bake fest will feature the finest assortment of creations from popular home bakers of different backgrounds and specialities. Amongst them, a few highlights are Farahh Affandi, Tweedlebakes and Nanatang.

Highlights of the variety treats Farahh Affandi will be selling are her creamy cheesecake filled Raspberry Ripple Cupcakes, Cinnamon Pecan Cupcakes with a deliciously gooey filling and local inspired Salted Eggyolk Cupcakes.

Tweedlebakes unique creations is epitomized in her signature creation of Cookie Cup Shots. With the thick, buttery crust of cookies, decadent dark chocolate ganache and served with either milk or Bailey’s, they are a guaranteed crowd favourite.

One of the highlights of Nanatang’s featured creations for the bake fest are her Christmas Velvet Cake made of ultra-moist red and dark green velvet sponge cake layers smothered in nanatang’s signature cream cheese. Her Ondeh Ondeh cupcakes, a modern take on the beloved Malay kueh, are pandan cakes filled with gula melaka, topped with cream cheese and a sprinkling of shredded coconut.
