’60 YEARS OF MADE IN ITALY’ EXHIBITION

Held for the first time ever in Singapore, Scotts Square proudly presents the ’60 Years Of
Made In Italy’ exhibition, a celebration of creative genius behind some of the world’s most
lauded Italian fashion houses. Developed by cultural association StilePromoItalia and curated
by fashion journalists Fiorella Galgano and Alessia Tota, the exhibition pays homage to the
sartorial geniuses of Italian fashion whose ingenious designs spur the birth of the ‘Made in
Italy’ brand.

Telling the story of Italian fashion from its birth in 1951 Florence to present day, the
exhibition showcases interesting Italian fashion from Haute Couture era to the pret-à-porter
creations of today. A total of 30 treasured dresses from fashion house archives and private
collectors will be on display at this exhibition. They consist of Italian luminaries like
Valentino, Giorgio Armani, Prada, and Emilio Pucci. Other renowned Italian fashion
designers included are Alberta Ferretti, Dolce & Gabbana, Egon Von Furstenberg, Enrico
Coveri, Etro, Fendi, Franco Ciambella, Galitzine, Gattinoni, Genny, Gianfranco Ferrè, Gucci,
