Get Wacky with Bread Sushi at Small’s
Serving up another outlandish new flavour experience is maverick chef Bjorn Shen with his brand new doughmakase menu at Small’s. His Bread Sushi Experience (S$165++ per pax) sees him marrying his dough-making knowledge with sushi techniques, swapping out the traditional rice in sushi with bread of all sorts. Some wacky bites to expect include lightly seared Engawa (flounder fin) laid on a bed of charcoal grilled bread, and Botan Ebi laced with dan dan and yuzu kosho.

Eat Green for Veganuary 2022
Planning to celebrate Veganuary with plant-based fare? Plant-powered startup Green Monday – the folks behind OmniFoods and plant-based eatery Green Common – is making it easy for Singaporeans to eat green this January. They’ve partnered with over 50 food establishments in Singapore, from hawkers to hotels, to make plant-based eating easy and accessible. Quick Sweet Delights at Swee Choon Express
Great news for residents in the north! Beloved dimsum brand Swee Choon has finally launched a new express concept at AMK Hub. Housed in a 700-square-foot space with pastel pink and blue interiors, the outlet features an open kitchen where foodies can watch chefs show off their skills and techniques. Feast conveniently on popular dim sum items like Swee Choon Mee Suah Kueh, Mango Pomelo Sago and Char Siew Bao with both takeaway and delivery services available.
