Integrating the myriad ingredients and flavours of Asia into classic cocktail structures, look forward to cocktails such as the Urban Farmer No. 4 (S$25++), a collaborative drink with urban farming organisation Edible Garden City featuring the cranberry hibiscus leaf and the Sugarcane Spritz (S$25++), a twist on the classic Southeast Asian thirst quencher made with Gibson’s very own sugarcane wine.
