New Plant-based Burgers at mezza9
For the first time in mezza9 history, they’re launching meatless burger surprises that serves to be just as much as a knockout as your conventional meat patties. Choose from the Classic Cheeseburger or Modern Asian Burger ($25++ each); both feature a plant-based patty. Complete with vegan cheddar, vegan mayo, and pickled gherkins, who could go wrong with the Classic Cheeseburger? The Modern Asian Burger, on the other hand, is loaded with with mezza9’s Asian slaw, furikake, sriracha, pickled daikon and ginger, and wasabi mayo. From 16 – 18 August, get these burgers at a steal of $10 nett from a food truck parked along the Grand Hyatt Singapore’s driveway.

VATOS Urban Tacos’ Launches New Dishes to Add to its Korean-Mexican Menu
The idea of “Vatos”, which translates to “men” or “dudes” in Mexican was hatched by three Korean-American men who wanted to bring about an usual dining experience intertwining the intense flavours of Mexican and Korean cusine. Popular for its sought-after Kimchi Carnitas Fries, Galbi Tacos, and Spicy Chicken Quesadillas, VATOS Urban Taco’s is perking up their menu with exciting new offerings for you to savour. New Heritage High Tea at Marina Mandarin Singaproe
Brimming with good ol’ Singapore flavours, Marina Mandarin Singapore’s newly launched Heritage High Tea consists of traditional tea-time favourites and some of the country’s signature culinary creations. Served on a three-tier stand, reach out for treats such as Croque Monsieur, a chicken bak kayu and cheese sandwich garnished with a dollop of chicken floss and the Singapore Chilli Crab, crab meat prepared with homemade chilli paste and accompanied by charcoal buns. End your tea session with an Éclair holding rich, smooth durian custard.

Tribute Burgers Vol.2
Available exclusively at Potato Head Singapore till October, Three Buns honour one of the most iconic and influential rappers of all time, Tupac Shakur, with their legendary 2Stac Shakur ($22++). Get ready for a spicy mouthful of double-stacked fried Sakura chicken, with accoutrements of smoky Sriracha, Hennessy mayonnaise, and pickled daikon. The burger is finished with hot mofo buffalo sauce which just happens to be Tupac’s all time favourite dressing.
