Local Peranakan delights and inspired tipples await you at Four Seasons Singapore’s One-Ninety Bar. Michelin-starred Candlenut is serving up familiar favourites like Kueh BingkahKueh Pie Tee and Roti Jala with chicken curry. alongside Pandan Scones that remind us of the waffles we indulged so much in when we were kids. Priced at S$48++ per person that’s inclusive of your choice of tea or coffee, diners can also opt for a handcrafted cocktail by Gabriel Carlos (previously of Manhattan) at an additional S$20++.

Go for the gorgeous gin-based Kampong Fizz with butterfly pea and herb syrup or the spirit-forward Kopi-O made with local coffee-infused vermouth and 12 year old Scotch.

Wildfire Burger Is Now a Mushroom Lover’s Heaven

Zafferano’s Head Chef Andrea de Paola presents his new five-course Chef’s Menu (S$168++) marrying his Milanese and Napolitano backgrounds, in daring dishes elevated by Asian touches and executed with finesse. Starter Scampi e Fegato d’Oca combines South-inspired charcoal-grilled langoustines with North-inspired buttery foie gras, brought together by kombu and ginger dashi that pays homage to Chef’s past eight years in Asia. Experience the visual feast that is the Parago, Chef’s take on traditional Red Snapper Livornese, and decadent Gianduia. Wine pairing is available at S$128++ (six glasses, 100ml each).
