Head Chef Damian D’Silva gets nostalgic this Easter with his Beef Murtabak (S$22). A childhood favourite while growing up in a Catholic Eurasian family, this dish was enjoyed after a 40-day period of abstinence during Lent – think ground beef cooked with house-blended aromatics and wrapped in delicate egg crepe. Don’t miss out on Chef Damian’s other masterpieces, like the King Prawn with Dry Sambal (S$48) and Pork Knuckle Debal (S$68) that are perfect for sharing.

Brasserie Les Saveurs

For a real epicurean experience this Easter, you can’t go wrong with contemporary French favourites with free-flowing bubbles at Brasserie Les Saveurs. On the menu are signature pass-arounds like Foie Gras Terrine with brioche and fruit chutney while hot entrees include Grilled Boston Lobster and garlic parsley butter. Put the buona in Buona Pasqua (“Happy Easter” in Italian) with Solo Ristorante‘s Il Solo Easter Brunch. Gradara-born Chef Simone Fraternali is bringing festive favourites like Asparagi Bianchi to the table, while the mains feature a hearty Lasagna Bolognese, and Agnello — slow roasted leg of lamb with rosemary potatoes, mustard, and white wine sauce.
