Reconnect Over Sunday Sharing Feast at W Singapore
Gather up four of your loved ones and reconnect over Sunday Sharing Feast, a communal sharing style brunch at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove. Start off with a series of indulgent starters including Locally made Burrata with Heirloom Tomatoes or Grilled Lobster Tails with Truffle Sabayon. With a spread of mains from Char-Grilled Seabass to Roasted Harissa Cauliflower, there’s sure to be something for everyone at the table. Cap off the meal with a sweet treat, like a sinful Dark Chocolate Souffle with Orange & Chocolate Sauce, before walking off your food coma by the sea (with masks on, of course).

Nutmeg & Clove x Roketto Izakaya
Award-winning local bar Nutmeg & Clove is back with an exciting pop-up cocktail experience at Chef Willin Low’s Roketto Izakaya from now til 31 July 2020. Featuring cocktails inspired by the five ethnic groups in Singapore, one can expect drinks like Roses & Lychees (S$20), a gin-forward nod to Bandung, and When Ramos Met Lassi (S$20), an alcoholic take on Mango Lassi. Hungry? Pair these delicious drinks to Roketto Izakaya’s famous mod-Sin dishes – like their signature “Orh Luak” Oyster Omelette Pasta.

The Old Man Singapore Launches V2 Menu
The Old Man Singapore has finally launched menu number two, featuring old favourites and exciting new creations. Highlights include Torrents of Spring (S$20), which features glutinous rice cooked mezcal, grain Wild Turkey whiskey, Campari, pom-beet shrub and charcoal, and For Whom The Bell Tolls (S$20) – an easy-drinking tipple comprising cocoa nibs sous-vide batavia arrack, sour strawberry, rotovap burnt butter Appleton rum and avocado. Beer drinkers, also look out for The Undefeated (S$14, 330ml), a medium bodied beer with hints of wood caramel and vanilla, brewed in collaboration with The 1925 Brewing Co.

Yum Cha: Si Chuan Dou Hua’s weekend a la carte buffet
If you’re craving dim sum, look forward to Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant’s new weekend a la carte buffet. From now till 27 September 2020, the authentic Cantonese restaurant is offering a special brunch menu of delicious dim sum. On top of classic items like Steamed BBQ Pork Buns and Pan Fried Carrot Cake, there’s also a selection of specialties limited to one serving each. Think luxurious Steamed Sea Urchin ‘Siew Mai’ or a Baked Mini Egg Tart with Bird’s Nest. The buffet is priced at S$52++ for adults and S$30++ for children.

P.S Café Unveils Its Very Own Truffle Oil
Known for their signature crispy shoestring truffle fries, PS.Cafe has unveiled their very own brand of truffle oil. In partnership with Geofoods in Italy, the team selected the finest Alba white truffles to create a premium white truffle oil. PS.Cafe Truffle Oil (S$25 for 100ml, S$45 for 250ml) has a base of extra virgin olive oil, real white truffle pieces, and truffle aroma. Perfect for elevating home cooked food, drizzle this over salads, scrambled eggs, and of course, fries.
