Possibly the most decadent meal of the Yuletide, Christmas brunch is when you get to eat, drink, and be merry to the best of your abilities…because you get to go home and pass out before (perhaps) heading out to dinner again! And we have 5 awesome Christmas Day brunches on the 25th of December this year.
Stellar at 1-Altitude
The folks at Stellar are transforming their space into a European-inspired snow garden (with spectacular views of our city, all the same) on Christmas Day. Seafood lovers, do start with Pacific Oysters and Tuna Tataki while meat devotees make a beeline for the Pan Fried Foie Gras with Gingerbread Crumb and Hay Smoked Duck Breast. Don’t go without trying the Christmas roasts – Traditional Roast Turkey and the Honey and Grain Mustard Glazed Ham. Then, finish off with a medley of desserts including Stellar’s innovative Black Forest Pavlova Wreath, customary Christmas Pudding, and delicious Champagne Jelly Shooters. Best part? There’s also live entertainment; the lovely and talented songbird Beverly Morata (a Singapore Idol finalist, no less) will be performing at Stellar’s Christmas brunch.
Price: $140++ per adult, includes one glass of Moët & Chandon Impérial or free-flow soft drinks.

Kwee Zeen
French luxury chain Sofitel’s spanking new Sentosa property has an equally shiny international buffet restaurant in Kwee Zeen! With a gorgeous view of the South China Sea, it’s a great place to break your fast (with rustic breads and fluffy eggs) on Christmas Day. Those who love oodles of noodles can go straight to lunch at the live noodle station paired with grilled meats from the tandoor oven. Follow up with fresh seafood, foie gras, cold cuts, and cheeses. If you still have room for more, load up on a wood-fired pizza before moving on to dessert. On top of fresh baked goodies, diners can expect yule logs, gingerbread cake, and a traditional English fruit cake.
Price: $198++ per adult (top up $40++ for free flow Taittinger Champagne), $88++ per child (5-11 years old).

Morton’s The Steakhouse
One of our favourite steakhouses in Singapore, Morton’s has consistently delivered excellent grub and we don’t expect any lesser of their four-course Christmas brunch menu. Choose one starter from a scrumptious selection of six (like Jumbo Lump Crab Cake or Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail) and a second course of soup or salad. For mains, you can’t go wrong with their signature Center-cut Prime Ribeye or Centre-cut Filet Migon accompanied by a side of your choice (such as Jumbo Grilled Asparagus or Mashed Black Truffle Cauliflower). End on a sweet note with delectable desserts like the Double Chocolate Mousse or White Chocolate Bread Pudding.

The Kitchen Table
Get ready for W Singapore’s Rhythm Remix Brunch on Christmas Day! On top of the requisite festive roasts like turkey and ham, mouth-watering treats include Barbecued Chicken, Boston Lobster Claws, and Salmon En Croûte (salmon steak encased in puff pastry). If you’re looking for the panoramic view of the yacht marina, and a more boisterous affair, the same spread will also be available at W Singapore’s the Great Room.

Bar & Billiard Room
The Bar & Billiard Room at the colonial-style Raffles Hotel will see a feast of astronomical proportions this Christmas. Besides the classic Roasted Christmas Turkey stuffed with Chestnuts, Brussel Sprouts, Bacon and Roasted Butternut, other decadent highlights of the buffet include Maine Lobsters, Ravioli stuffed with Foie Gras and Iberico Ham, and Egg á la Coque with Black Truffle. Those with a sweet tooth will be pleased with the candied fruit filled Stollen and sinfully smooth and creamy Egg Nog Pudding.
