Women of Singapore

“Women of Singapore” features selected portraits and stories of women Robin Rheaume has encountered in her ongoing project, The People Of Singapore. Showcasing a diverse range of individuals, the narratives she uncovers unearth accounts of dignity, vulnerability and strength.

Rheaume will be speaking about some of her experiences photographing women in public spaces, on Thursday, 17th July.

“Women of Singapore” marks the first of Etiquette SG’s solo showcases. This series aims to feature bodies of work that deal explicitly with issues of gender, or selections curated to highlight the lived experiences of women, and to question prevailing representations of them.
