So sit back, relax and enjoy the magic of the tropics because here are our favourite spots to catch the sunset in Bali.

Seminyak/Petitenget
Potato Head Beach Club
Being one of the most iconic destinations for good times and international DJs in Bali makes it hard to get a table at Potato Head at times. With its unique coloured windows, this restaurant and bar has it all – unpretentious food, cosy ambience, and great drinks. Designed in a U-shape with an infinity pool overlooking the beautiful beach, the best way to enjoy Potato Head is lazing on their daybeds from for a sun bathing session from early afternoon to sipping on cocktails through sunset.
Potato Head Beach Club is located at Jalan Petitenget, No. 51B, Seminyak, Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali.
707 Beach Berm
707 (short for 707 Beach Berm) was just a shack a couple of years ago and it has become one of the many local expats’ favourite sunset spot to go to. Located on Pantai Batu Belig, 707 feels like the place for a pre-game, or for anyone with a discerning taste of house and techno music and DJs setting the mood right from 5pm – 8pm. With Bintang beers priced at only RP 25K and a grilled corn cart parked right beside bar, this place (in our words) is perfect for a casual sunset hang. Swing by early and grab a spot to catch the sunset!

La Plancha
A lively Spanish beach bar filled with colourful, cushy beanbags and traditional Balinese umbrellas, it’s easy to see why La Plancha attracts the holy trinity of locals, expats, and tourists. WooBar
In Seminyak, a security guard sits next to the little W Hotel sign, which acts as a pick up and drop off point. Buggies will be summoned to take to you the lobby of the hotel, from whence you enter the wonderful threshold of WooBar. Known for its magnificent sunset view and direct access to Seminyak Beach, cocktails (such as the I-Candy – cachaca, lime, brown sugar, and a mountain of cotton candy) are definitely fancier here. FYI: there’s complimentary pizza and one-for-one signature cocktails between 4-6pm on Mondays to Thursdays too.
