Ding Dong is excited to announce the return of their highly anticipated Gastro Wonderlust event; this time bringing diners on an incredibly tantalising trip to the beautiful land of the Philippines.
Join them as we travel through the diverse Filipino cultures with a fun and playful dinner of five well-conceived dishes. Five cocktails, elaborately paired with the dishes, will guarantee a night of revelling in warmth and cheer. The Gastro Wonderlust x Philippines event will serve up dishes that pay homage to the Filipino culture, to celebrate the melting pot of influences and cultures, using combinations of sweet, sour and salty flavours with modern techniques.
