Paolo de Marchi is a most celebrated Italian winemaker and a true living legend behind the top estates of whole Italy: Isole e Olena and Proprieta Sperino.

For this dinner his fantastic wines will be paired with beautiful Italian food from Mozza and Paolo will be sharing news, stories and (we hope!) winemaking secrets.

Mozza is also adding in a masterpiece from the past, the 1994 vintage of Paolo’s crown jewel, Cepparello.

Date&Time: Tuesday, 25 February 2014, 8 PM

Price: S$190++ per person, five courses featuring six wines
