Prepping for a big Christmas party this year? Then you’re in luck – the award-winning culinary team from Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford is back with their annual Christmas pop-up, Café Noël. Put away the aprons and knives as you order from a collection of luxurious festive treats of classic Yuletide goodies and specially-crafted gourmet creations this holiday season!
Roasted Tom Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Giblet Dressing And Cranberry Relish
Whipped up by Executive Pastry Chef Sebastien Cocquery-Beraud and his team of skilled patisserie chefs, you can expect their all-new pastries and artisanal breads – made from premium ingredients with a focus on fresh seasonal fruits and produce – to sweeten up your celebrations like never before. The star ingredient this year: aromatic cocoa beans from Cacao Barry harvested from exotic destinations like the Dominican Republic, Tanzania, Madagascar, and Ghana.
With a repertoire of five creative yule log cake flavours, you’re definitely spoilt for choice. The exquisite Chocolate Egg Nog Brandy Log Cake ($78, 1kg), a soft and creamy mousse cake that combines a crunchy, spiced eggnog base with rich layers of divine chocolate and St. Rémy’s Brandy, has an alcoholic punch that’ll have you craving for more.

If you’re a salted caramel lover, indulge in the decadent Salty Caramel Chocolate Log Cake ($60, 1kg), featuring fluffy chocolate sponge cake enrobed in layers of velvety salted caramel ganache while berry fans will surely fall in love with the Blueberry Raspberry Violet with Vanilla Cremeux ($58, 1kg).
No Christmas meal is complete with just cake, of course. Set to take centre stage in the festivities is the flavour-packed Roasted Tom Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Giblet Dressing And Cranberry Relish ($170, 4.5kg). Savour the natural robust flavours of this mountain-grown turkey imported from the United States. A worthy companion on the dinner table is the Cafe Swiss’ Crispy Pork Knuckle ($38, 1kg); sink your teeth into gorgeous the layers of aromatic, crackling skin and tender, succulent meat.
A heart-warming alternative to consider is Chef de Cuisine Antonio Facchinetti’s Prego’s Signature Lasagne ($66, serves 6). Complement the feast with a dose of nutrient-rich vegetables goodness (carrots, sweet potatoes, celeriac, new potatoes, and yam) with Roasted Root Vegetables with Caramelised Chestnuts ($26, serves 4).

This creative rendition of the tradition King Cake is studded with icing and little red jewels of caramel-coated almonds, and laden with rich, white chocolate Chantilly cream.
