Teaming up with Joel Fraser of The Cufflink Club, restaurateur Andrew Walsh’s dining establishment embodies his preference for explosive flavours. The bistro offers diners a set menu of contemporary European cuisine based on seasonal ingredients. If you’re not a fan of degustation menus, head to the bar for after work munchies – we recommend the Mix Seed Sourdough ($8) with bacon butter (yes, really) and fermented cabbage – and drinks.
