Endeavours Documentary Film Festival 2014

Endeavours Documentary Film Festival 2014 presents a carefully curated selection of the highest quality documentary films in its 2nd edition, film lovers can now look forward to 10 internationally acclaimed films to be screened during the 5-day festival, including The Class of 92, The Life and Crimes of Doris Payne, Following the Ninth: In the Footsteps of Beethoven’s Final Symphony, 12 O’Clock Boys, Kismet and Char.

In line with the festival’s theme focusing on stunning films of people and their lives, these films will provide insights into various people’s journeys and challenges as they pursue their dreams and goals. With interesting characters driving the films, be it Doris Payne – one of the world’s most infamous jewellery thieves, iconic footballers David Beckham and Ryan Giggs, or Pug – a young teenager living in Baltimore’s dangerous Westside neighbourhood with his terrifying yet at the same time thrilling aspiration to join a motorcycle gang, and many others who took the road less travelled, it is a festival not to be missed by film-lovers.

EDFF will take place at the Screening Room in The Arts House, with daily screenings at 7pm and 9pm. Seats are limited to 75 pax per session.
