equinox

Take a lift up to the very top of the tallest hotel in Singapore, Swissotel The Stamford, as the highly-anticipated Chefs With Altitude makes its return to the Equinox Complex this month from 23 to 28 October. One of the city’s most exciting events on the lifestyle calendar since 2000, the week-long gastronomic showcase will feature the most exquisite selection in gourmet food, drinks, and club entertainment.

This year continues to push boundaries, and it’s only about to get better. Sit down with some of the most celebrated culinary talents in the world – explore the traditions of Peruvian cooking, learn new things about New Zealand cuisine, and indulge in new vintages from the famous Cloudy Bay vineyards.

We breakdown the best happenings of Chefs With Altitude 2016:

In tribute to his New Zealand heritage, Chef Matt Lambert – who led New York’s The Musket Room to its first Michelin star just months after opening – will be presenting innovative and gorgeous culinary creations inspired by his Kiwi upbringing in a five-course lunch or eight-course dinner set. True to the spirit of JAAN (also recently awarded one Michelin star) and its reverence for the finest seasonal ingredients, Chef Lambert will be incorporating Old World traditions, Asian touches, and the best produce in his dishes. Collaborating with JAAN’s Chef de Cuisine Kirk Westaway, we can hardly think of a more suitable pair to take Chef’s With Altitude to greater heights.
