Probably one of the youngest Italian chefs to gain a Michelin-star, Masterchef Lorenzo Cogo uses a unique culinary technique, which he terms as ‘instinctive’, to prepare dishes no other chefs would, in a fresh and creative manner. Along with Chef Ryan Clift from Tippling Club, one of the rising chefs of Asia who is best known for pushing the boundaries of ingredients and textures in modern cuisine, Chef Cogo will showcase exciting cooking techniques that are not to be missed!
