Marking their first season of love since the bistro opened its doors in August 2013, Chef Kenneth Lin warmly invites you to spend a special evening with your loved one at La Cuisson.
True to the bistro’s philosophy of ‘Honest Food & Homemade Goodness’, Chef Lin has intentionally kept his 4-course Valentine’s menu simple, focusing on quality ingredients and flavours.
Says Lin, ‘I believe that love is a special and yet simple thing, so I have created the Valentine’s Day menu around this theme.’
The set dinner begins with an amuse bouche of Freshly Shucked Oysters served with mignorette, followed by cold and hot appetisers of Blue Swimmer Crab Salad and Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallops. For mains, share a hearty dish of Pan Seared Magret Duck Breast served with morello cherries and roasted potatoes. To end the evening on a sweet note, indulge in a decadent dessert of Chocolate Ganache with Chocolate Mousse and dark cherries, guaranteed to make any chocolate lover swoon.
The Passion of Love set dinner menu is priced at $148+ per couple and will be available from 14th to 16th February 2014.
