Mee Pok Man: 20 Years

Mee Pok Man

8 APR 2016 | Have you heard of Eric Khoo’s Mee Pok Man? One of Singapore’s most acclaimed and recognisable films to date, it’s pretty much the seminal film that revived the local film industry back in the 90s. This year marks its 20th anniversary, and The Projector and Asian Film Archive are proud to present a double screening of Mee Pok Man and Pain.

Through a mix of restored and rarely-seen material, in-depth dialogues and talks with Eric Khoo himself, head down and explore the stories, history, and legacy behind the film.

Mee Pok Man: 20 Years is happening on Friday, 8 April 2016, 8pm at The ProjectorTickets are priced at $13 and are available here
