The National Art Gallery of Bangkok holds many traditional Thai paintings, mainly from the 17th century. One problem however is that most of the paintings and artworks don’t have descriptions, making it difficult to appreciate or understand the meaning of the piece. For newcomers venturing into the world of art, this might not be the ideal place to start.
