Enjoy an epicurean journey and titillate your taste buds with Chef Yong’s specially crafted World Gourmet Summit (WGS) degustation menus. Featuring the freshest seafood in decadent creations promising an indulgent dining experience, savour dishes from pan-seared king sea prawn with potato, cheese and butter sauce, stewed pork belly with whole abalone, to steamed empurau fish with minced garlic and chopped fresh chilli, amongst many others. Diners can enjoy the 6 Course WGS Lunch Degustation Menu at $68++ per person (minimum 2 diners), or the 6 Course WGS Dinner Degustation Menu at $98++ per person (minimum 2 diners).
