This month is an open theme slam, so the only limit… is time. This month’s competition is hosted by Stephanie and Shivram, who are definitely anything but august!
Limited open mic slots available.
12 poets, 3 rounds. 3 original poems knock-out style.
Slam poets get in free!

We are also very stoked to have a feature set by Arianna Pozzuoli. Educator, spoken word performer and storyteller, Arianna has competed and featured at various slam competitions and festivals across North America, Southeast Asia and Australia. Since 2009, Arianna has been involved in Singapore’s spoken word scene, acting as the occasional host of Word Forward’s monthly Poetry Slam. In April 2014, she launched her first poetry collection, ‘Something for Everyone’, a funny and heartfelt three-course feast of poetry.
Arianna will also have her book for sale at slam, and she’ll be more than happy to sign copies.
