After being the pioneer of Guest Chef events in the last few years in Bali hosting international chefs from all over the world in his two Bali based venues, celebrity Masterchef Chris Salans is now proud to bring to Indonesia, in June 2015, the very first ‘The French Connection – Festival Gastronomique’, an exciting four-day culinary extravaganza of cooking masterclasses, workshops, dinners and food centered events.
19 JUNE 2015 – 7 PM – @ The Workshop at Mozaic Restaurant in Ubud: Diner Gastronomique – 4 hands dinner featuring Michelin Star Chef Jacques Pourcel and Chef Chris Salans Rp. 2.000.000 ++ (Incl. Wine Pairing. Limited Seats)
20 JUNE – 10 AM – @ The Kitchen of Mozaic Beachclub in Batu Belig: Cook Like a Master – Cooking class for amateur chefs & food lovers with celebrity Chef Alain Caron Rp. 950.000 ++ (Incl. Lunch with the Chef)
