Indulge in food close to your heart. For the month of September, let your senses take you on a journey to Vietnam as W Singapore’s Kitchen Table Restaurant presents “Pho-Real”. Enjoy a touch of Saigon’s streets and feast on authentic Vietnamese cuisines fused with fresh herbs, spices and aromatics that tantalise your tastebuds.
Kickstart the hearty feast with an iconic Vietnamese refreshing appetizer – tightly wrapped translucent fresh spring rolls with shrimps and steamed pork, a steaming hot bowl of famous “Phở” with beef and chicken or complete your meal with main course selections such as Galangal Braised Fish Filet, Wok Fried Shrimp in Tamarind Sauce and more.
