Experience wines from South of the equator – Australia, New Zealand & Chile, with a special menu prepared by Chef Matthew of The Rabbit Stash. Expect sumptuous delicacies like Murray Bridge Lamb and Lobster Broth with Hokkaido Scallop and Caviar, along with sweet treats like Snicker Cake served with Brown Butter Ice Cream. Of course, all this is accompanied by gorgeous wines from Australia’s Xanadu Estate, Chile’s Anakena Late Harvest, and more!
