On Friday, celebrate the coming of the weekend at Cook and Brew with $10 nett house pour wines and beers, $12 nett cocktails and bottle deals from $88++. From 6pm to 8.45pm, the party will be kept going by a live band, so be ready to start the night with some dancing! Peace of Vino Launching at Camp Kilo 

This weekend, Camp Kilo Charcoal Club will play host to Singapore’s first sustainable wine festival by The Straits Wine Company in the honour of Peace of Vino, their new e-commerce site that focuses on sustainable, natural, organic, and biodynamic wine. Head down to sample wines from over 30 wineries and meet winemakers passionate about the environment and producing tipples with minimal use of pesticides and chemicals.

Tajima Wagyu at Stellar at 1-Altitude   

Always going the extra mile in sourcing and serving the best ingredients from around the world, Stellar at 1-Altitude is the first restaurant in Singapore to rear Tajima wagyu cattle at the Australian premium wagyu farm Tiana Park (New South Wales). With more than 20 unique cuts of the tender, marbled beef – even the so-called secondary cuts like the tri-tip and oyster blade are premium stuff – Executive Chef Christopher Millar will be showcasing three different cuts a month at dinnertime. Head down this may for a beautifully braised chuck rib, wood-fired tri-tip, and a sous vide oyster blade.
