Raise a Glass to Rescue Dogs at the OSCAS Fundraiser 

Want to drink for a good cause? Oasis Second Chance Animal Shelter’s (OSCAS) will be running a fundraiser at Employees Only on 20 February 2022, with all proceeds from specially crafted cocktails (S$20++) going towards ensuring a better life for their rescue dogs. OSCAS has teamed up with Bacardi and Fever-Tree, as well as renowned bartenders from Tippling Club, No Sleep Club, and 28 HongKong Street to serve up an exclusive menu honouring these dogs. Savour the citrusy, refreshing Nando’s inspired by none other than playful fur baby Fernando, or opt for the smoky A Paw-full of Dollars dedicated to doggo Clint.

Fukui’s New Omakase Menus Present Japan in Full Bloom

Omakase restaurant Fukui is all set to welcome spring with the season’s finest seafood and an expanded whisky and sake list from 7 February 2022. Fresh gems of spring include the succulent flesh of Hokkaido hairy crab, rare fatty striped beakfish indigenous to Japan’s waters, and sweet young sprouts from bamboo. In collaboration with JFOODO of the Japan External Trade Organisation, Fukui will also be launching SEAFOOD LOVES SAKE, a limited-time-only sake pairing campaign from 21 February 2022. Sushi omakase options start from S$188++ for five courses, while omakase menus are priced from S$288++ for nine courses.
