It’s a tasteful week for wine and cocktails with new releases and exquisite mixology. Partake in culinary adventures across Japan, Mexico and Thailand with new menus from the likes of Blue Jasmine and a four-hands dinner at Super Loco Customs House.
Mexican Journey: Four Hands Dinner Affair
Next Monday, enjoy an exclusive four-hands dinner inspired by Mexico’s diverse regional cuisine. The five-course menu will showcase highlights such as the Razor Clam Veracruzana Aguachile, a coastal Mexican dish inspired by Spanish cuisine in its use of olives abd capers. Chefs Nelson Burgos and Nicole Philipson Garcia will also recreate corn-based Mexican street food in the El Sur course ($88++ or additional $45++ for drinks pairing).

Fat Prince Nightcap: After-work drinks and snacks till midnight
Fat Prince introduces their new Fat Prince Night Cap menu for late-night drinking from 10pm to closing. The menu includes three new mixology creations to their existing range of signature cocktails – Maleficent (Mezcal, Prosecco, Juniper, Pomegranate Honey, Bitters), Majesty (Rye Whiskey, Red Wine, Green Chartreuse, Honey, Bitters), and Sultan’s Martini (Cardamom Infused Vodka, Dry Vermouth, Honey, Olive Essence) – available at just $14 each!

Blue Jasmine presents a la carte adventures with regional Thai cuisine
Halal Thai restaurant Blue Jasmine presents a new a-la-carte menu showcasing flavours of lesser known regional specialties from Thailand. For starters, the Cha-Om Fried Egg ($12) comes accompanied by a classic spicy Thai dip based on fermented shrimp paste. Try the traditional Thai soup Poh Tek ($20) made with deep-fried sea bass, or opt for the creamy and herbaceous Yellow River Prawn Curry ($26) with fresh turmeric and betel leaves.

Piper-Heidsieck: exclusive cuvée at house of champagne and wine
The Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Essentiel ATLAS is a new, exclusive cuvée created by sommeliers Mason Ng, Lucas Liu, and Chef de Caves Séverine Frerson for guests of ATLAS. A pale gold with notes of red apple, Meyer lemon, white jasmine, apple blossom, porcini mushrooms, and crushed almond, the limited-edition cuvée is available on the Champagne “La Prestige” and dining menus at ATLAS at $25++ by the glass and $150++ per bottle.

Wolfgang Steakhouse Singapore: whisky dinner and Japan-style steak item
