Exclusive Sushi Pop-Up at NAMI Restaurant & Bar
Catch three-Michelin-starred Chef Masaki Miyakawa and his team of elite Sushi Shin from Hokkaido as they lend their sharp skills and craftsmanship at NAMI Restaurant & Bar‘s exclusive Sushi Pop-Up. From now till 18 November 2018, get a first-hand glimpse of the intricate art of sushi making expressed in a refined 19-Course Omakase Menu ($380, or add $168 for sake and wine pairing) – including fresh Alfonsino Sashimi, Steamed Abalone with Abalone Liver Sauce – Chef’s Selection of 10 Sushi Varieties, and the 14-Course Nigiri Sushi Menu ($165, or add $138 for sake and wine pairing). Do note that seasonality of the ingredients used may lead to menu and price changes.

Vegan Street Bites at Hello Baby
HRVST, Singapore’s first vegan restaurant and bar, has opened its brother brand, Hello Baby, Singapore’s first and only vegan street grub kiosk, in the heart of Chinatown. It’s not your grab-and-go kind of street food kiosk. Chill at their side bar tables with some Chilli “Crab” Mantou Sliders ($10) Incorperating enoki mushrooms to give Singapore’s iconic chilli crab a vegan twist. Or savour their Young Jack Cubano ($10) using young jackfruit cooked in housemade hoisin sauce. You don’t need to be Vegan to feast on these street bites.

Shutters’ New Asian-European Fusion Menu
Shutters at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa has launched a new Asian-European fusion cuisine. Have a taste of their Grilled Baby Octopus Salad ($18++), in which the octopus is braised in local spices and lightly grilled for a smoky char, and served with frisée salad. Or the Chef’s signature dish, Iberico Char Siew Pork Rice ($24++). Using Spanish pork seasoned with their special in-house char siew sauce and served with fragrant chicken rice and condiments.

ATLAS’ New Lunch Menu
Indulge in ATLAS’ new weekday executive lunch menu for a journey to Scandinavia over the midday respite. With a choice of two- or three- courses, priced at $38++ and $48++ respectively, expect dishes like their Smørrebrød Rye Bread with Pickled Herring, Baby Prawns and Salmon Mayo or the Barley Beetroot “Risotto” topped with Charred Onions, Berry Vinegar and Shoots. Wine pairing is available with your lunch from $24++ per person.
