From prime cuts to fresh seafood, their specially-curated four-course set menu ($68++ for lunch and $88++ for dinner) commences with a refreshing, vibrantly-hued serving of chilled Langoustine and Prosciutto with Compressed Cucumber. Savour the robust Poultry Consommé with Vegetables or sweet Tomato and Mango Mustard Vinaigrette before digging in mains such as the Maine Lobster, Free-range Iberico Pork Collar, and Victoria Farm Australian Lamb Chop.

Available now till 30 September 2018, look forward to new creations like the Jerusalem Artichoke Velouté ($19) with Black Truffle Espuma and Pain Brûléor toasted bread and the hearty Roasted Bresse Chicken ($42) layered with Black Truffle Butter and Ratte Potatoes. Plus, French wine priced from $6 a glass – what’s not to love?

A Fresh New Take on the Singapore Sling
With National Day just around the corner, Cointreau has teamed up with six different bartenders of different ethnic backgrounds to put up their riff of our national cocktail – the Singapore Slight. Think housemade omija pomegranate syrup in Korean bartender Bannie Kang’s Mija’s Sling ($23++) at Anti:dote, housemade vermouth in the Publico Sling ($19.50++) by Publico‘s Italian bartender, and shisho umeshu in Aki Eguichi’s Singapore “Sakura” Sling ($23++) at Caffe Fernet! Other participating bartenders include Bell Paradee (Tess Bar & Kitchen, Thai), Summer Chen (Summerlong, Taiwanese), and Vladyslav Buzko (Ukraine, Kuvo).
The different twists on the Singapore Sling will be available at participating bars for the month of August.
