West Cape Howe Wine Dinner @ Zafferano: When Old World Meets New World

On August 19th, Zafferano will be hosting a wine pairing dinner featuring West Cape Howe wines from The Great Southern region in Australia. West Cape Howe wines have been rated over 94 points and the winery has been awarded ‘Best Winery of the region’ for three years in a row (2013, 2014 and 2015) by wine critic James Halliday in his famed ‘Australian Wine Companion’.

During this one-night exclusive dinner, house winemaker Gavin Berry will share his passion, expertise and maybe some secrets around an exquisite 5-course dinner specially created by Zafferano chef Marco Guccio.
