The 7-course meal kicks off on the winding path of love with the Oyster and Pearl and the Sea Urchin and Scallop, followed by luxuriating in the espuma of love with Truffle (asparagus, foie gras, and fresh truffle) and Three Cuts of Angus Beef. The tale ends Happily Ever After; this dessert of red currant, lemon mascarpone and violette custard completes the night on a honeyed note.

Japanese inspired steakhouse Fat Cow has got all your indulgences covered in their 6-course affair for the evening. From appetizers like Hokkaido Uni to Shiso Tempura (crispy sea urchin wrapped with shiso leaf and white truffle salt) to fresh sashimi – they’re bringing out the bluefin medium fatty tuna – and Wagyu no Houba Yaki (A3 Saga sirloin or A4 Ohmi ribeye), this meal is satisfaction guaranteed.

They’re hosting a special guest for the occasion: Japanese celebrity Chef Takayoshi Shiozawa, of Kagoshima’s Cainoya fame. Guests are in for an awesome 9-course Japanese-Italian omakase featuring the former’s signature Japanese-Italian dishes, like Homemade Pici Pasta and Iron Steak, prepared with the freshest produce from Kagoshima.
