3-course Meal: Cooking with Superfoods!

Partake in a 3-hour hands-on superfood cooking class this Mother’s Day! Conducting the class will be Chef David Heng, Executive Chef of Food for Thought Restaurants, together with The Organic Grocer.
Learn how to prepare a three-course meal by using superfoods from The Organic Grocer. Learn how to whip up nourishing dishes such as Kale and Potato Soup with Poached Egg and Kale Chips, Grilled Prawns with Red Quinoa Zucchini Salad, and Chia Seed Coconut Pancakes with Spiced Gula Melaka and Cacao Chantilly Cream with Cacao Nibs. Apart from cooking tips, one can also learn about the health benefits of these superfood and how to easily incorporate them into one’s daily diet.
The event will take place on Sunday, 10 May 2015 from 3pm to 6pm at ToTT, 896 Dunearn Road, #01-01A, Sime Darby Centre, Singapore 589472.
